About Genevieve
Genevieve Sparby is a leader in aesthetic consulting for a reason–her rare combination of professional experience and love for the aesthetics industry synthesizes into transformational consulting that elevates aesthetic businesses to new heights.
Upon graduating from Vanderbilt University, Genevieve spent the first phase of her professional career as a management healthcare consultant. Working with large hospital systems and associated clinic networks, she gained a broad understanding of the healthcare sector. She subsequently followed her passions into the spa industry where she pioneered converting conventional spas into medical spas, earning wide-spread recognition as an industry expert.
Next, Genevieve’s work with Plus One Health Management in New York City led her to launch The Regent Spa and direct the daily operations of The Plaza Spa. During that time, she gained in-depth knowledge of the hospitality and spa industry. Her laser-focus on providing world class customer service helped her spas earn five-star status during her tenure.
Later, Genevieve completed her MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, where she advanced her knowledge of finance, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurial approaches in business.
Since then, Genevieve has spent the last six years working as a consultant to physicians, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medspa owners, and luxury spa owners who aim to grow their aesthetic businesses. With Genevieve’s expert guidance and proven systems, she helps her clients become more profitable, build a positive team culture, create streamlined systems, develop fiercely loyal clients, and ultimately create more space in her clients’ busy lives.
